Is the Internet is good as what others say?

                  Yes,because Internet is the one of our technologies that gives us plenty of benefits. It helps us to make our work more presentable. Internet is the most widely used today.

         _ ADVANTAGES OF INTERNET _

                * We can do our home works and projects easier .

                * We can communicate our relatives and friends in other country         

                      through Internet ..

                * It gives us information and entertainment .. 

           _ DISADVANTAGES OF INTERNET _

               * Some students become lazy doing their assignments because they are 

                    wasting their time playing on line games in Internet ..

                * Through this Internet, we can be in trouble like spamming, virus

                     threat and pornography ..  

     MY TEACHER,MY HERO

                          A person whose occupation is teaching others especially children is a teacher. Teachers are very important to us. They share their knowledge to us. They taught us how to read, to write, to compute, and other things that can help us in our future.

                      Last October 5,2010, we celebrated the very especial day which is a teachers day. We gave them letters and some gifts to our teachers to show our love and how they meant for us. We are very thankful to have a teacher. Our teachers are heroes.

                       Thank you to all the teachers .. We love you ..

                                   How to Save our Environment?

                 We observed that our environment is very polluted in air,water,and other pollutions. There are some place that we can see a garbages in the rivers,ponds,and the other part that has a water. This is because people throw their garbage or waste in the rivers. So this is the one of our problem.

                  But,we can still save our mother earth. We should create less trash like:

   1. Buy products that we can reuse.

   2. Reuse items like bags and containers when possible.

   3. Avoid products with several layers of packaging when only one is sufficient.

       About 33 of what we throw away is packaging.

               We should also plant trees and not destroy the environment.. These are only some of the ways in saving our mother earth.. Let us help each other to save our environment..

INTRAMURAL MEET 2010

                             THE INTRAMURAL MEET 2010

                      Last October 8-9 2010, the intramural meet held at our school of Ilocos Sur National High School. This is the activity in school were many students joined the try outs of different kinds of sport. Some of my classmates participate the game of volleyball, basketball, badminton, and also running. One of my classmate also participate in cheer dancing.

                       I'm glad to know that my classmates who participated the playing of basketball and badminton won the championship. So we, the seniors were very glad to know this. In other games, the other year level won the other games. I'm happy because each of one who participated this activity gave their best to be one of the winners.
